- Involvement in service issues, such as turnaround time on claims, disability claims, and interpretation of benefits.
- Review of contracts and booklets when changes to benefits are made.
- Ensure that employees who are eligible for premium waiver have submitted their forms to the insurance carrier.

- Fee guide and utilization factors for dental
- Trend factor for medical benefit
- Age and gender distribution changes for Life and Long Term Disability
- Credibility factors used for Life, Long Term Disability, Weekly Indemnity, Medical & Dental

- Review of disability claims including duration of diagnostic, by division, by age and gender
- Review of medical claims by type of services and by division
- Review of dental claims by type of service and by division
